Maintenance & Service Options
Normally Scheduled On-Site Service - $75/hr including travel time
Ask about our block rates and pre-paid service options.

Priority Same Day On-Site Service - $105/hr including travel time.

System Pickup Service - $29
Pacific Solutions will pick up and deliver a system that needs repair work.

New System Setup - $75
Pacific Solutions will deliver your new system, set it up, and connect it to your existing internet connection. Any additional software setup would be at an extra charge of $75/hr.

System Customization & Training - $75/hr
Pacific Solutions provides training and software customization services for individual computer configuration to make your programs easier to use.

Software and Security Analysis - $45
Pacific Solutions will test your PC for virus and spyware infections, check the status of your anti-virus software, check and clean vulnerable system folders, install critical security updates, test your firewall, and offer recommendations for continued security. We will also check and optimize your system startup for performance. Ask for special pricing for more than one computer.*

Preventative Maintenance - $60
Pacific Solutions will diagnose system hardware, clean dust build-up, check and secure cable and component connections, check peripheral communications (onsite only), optimize hard drive, clean temporary and cache folders, test your backup system, optimize system startup for performance, and provide a full Software and Security Analysis. Ask for special pricing for more than one computer.*

Monthly IT Support - $149 per month
Pacific Solutions will provide up to 3 hours of scheduled on-site service each month to complete computer services required by customer. This does not cover emergency repair services. We will call you to schedule the service each month.

 

Extended Monthly IT Support - $325 per month
Pacific Solutions will provide 5 hours of scheduled on-site service each month, 8 additional hours of support at 3/4 of the normal hourly rate, 2 additional hours of non onsite support including phone and remote login at 3/4 of the hourly rate, and priority onsite support at the normal onsite rate rather than priority rates.

*Does not include repair of problems found, or virus and spyware cleanup.
