Perform single antivirus scan.  Copy whole hard drive to a folder on the new hard drive.  Create user profile.  Create desktop icons to whole hard drive and User profile. Move customer's documents, music, pictures, and Internet Explorer files to proper folders on new hard drive.  If email software is already set up, move old emails to new program.  This does not include installing any software.  NOTE: If this is a new system, we will need your desired user name.

Install browser, Adobe reader, JAVA, free email software, free anti-virus and customer provided Office as customer requests.  Move customer's documents, music, pictures, and Internet Explorer files to proper folders on new hard drive.  NOTE:  We will need your email address and password to set up your email.  If this is a new system, we will need your desired user name.

Perform single antivirus scan.  If the old hard drive is infected, customer will need to pay for a malware cleaning before we can transfer software and programs to new computer.  Use PC Mover software to move data, settings and software to new hard drive. .  NOTE: If this is a new system, we will need your desired user name.  We cannot guarantee all software will transfer.
